Not "ladies", just that one. Who happens to toy with people for fun. I happen to admire her cunning manipulation of her weaker minded co-workers, solely for her own pleasure and amusement. However, you have to admit her actions earn her some well placed ire.
Also, I don't limit my violence to her. The main character has had several eye injuries, you'll note.
